3. Ordering a Postal Pack

Customers may request a postal pack through our Website.

Our postage pack service is available across the UK mainland. Please note, this service is not currently available in Northern Ireland.

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged before posting.

Proof of postage is retained.

We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged before they are received by us, unless sent using our designated insured postage service.

5. Valuation of Items

Any prices displayed on the Website are indicative only and do not guarantee the final purchase offer.

Goods received that are found to have no commercial value, including items that do not contain any precious metals, will be destroyed unless you expressly request that they are returned to you. A return fee and/or valuation charge may apply before such items are returned.

Any stolen or counterfeit goods sent to us may, without consultation, be reported and/or passed to the Police for further investigation.
